October 15, 2019 —Beanie Koegler, Kendal at Ithaca’s Executive Chef, took the floor Friday evening, Oct. 4, with 28 other purveyors of appetizers, entrees, desserts, wine and beer. The event was sponsored by the Cayuga Medical Center and was held to help raise funds for Aid to Victims of Violence, a program of the YWCA of Cortland, New York.
The 125+ people attending were asked to vote for their favorate offering of the evening. Chef Beanie’s Smoked Duck Crostini with Goat Cheese, Fig and Jalapeno Jelly took first prize. Congratulations to Chef Beanie !
