Sadly, unhappy news to report today.
We have had a resident test positive on Cayuga neighborhood. The resident is asymptomatic and we’ve had not had any positive staff results so this is a bit of a mystery. We are following up with a rapid test and a follow up PCR to verify that this is not a false positive.
Cayuga Neighborhood is being put on full contact and droplet precautions and unfortunately visitation is suspended for both Taughannock House and Cascadilla House until we have a handle on the situation.
We’ll keep you apprised as we learn more.
