March 7, 2024 —The countdown continues to our new Ithaca Falls Café opening at the end of this week. Staff have been testing the operations on very willing volunteers and the verdict so far has been positively tasty. We are easing into full service and are looking forward to the new menu. Windows, our original dining room, remains open for lunch and dinner.
