The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. CARF is the only accreditor for continuing care retirement communities. Kendal at Ithaca is a CARF-certified Lifecare community which offers peace of mind, meaningful relationships, an emphasis on health and wellness, and financial stability and predictability now and in the future.
