Update for November 17, 2020

We are pleased to report that, since yesterday, 66 new staff test results of negative were reported.

An additional resident in Independent Living has tested positive for COVID 19.  This resident lives in the same household as the first positive resident and is not seriously ill.  This new diagnosis is not indicative of any community spread and does not impact our current re-opening status. 

Please remain vigilant in your preventive measures. 

The Kendal Business Phones will be down for an update on Wednesday, November 18 starting at 10:00 a.m. until approximately 11:00 a.m.

The following WILL be out-of-service during the down time:

  • All of Kendal at Ithaca’s business phones (includes the main reception desk, health center residents with Kendal extensions);

The following will NOT be affected during the down time:

  • Residents personal landline phones
  • Health Center residents who have their own phone line
