November 15, 2021 —Residents and Staff at Kendal at Ithaca are holding a food drive to benefit the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. These clever “turkey boxes” are placed strategically around the Community Center and are quickly filling with the suggested donations. Items specifically requested include canned fruits and vegetables, canned tuna and chicken, boxed mac and cheese, peanut butter, canned soup and dry pasta.
Staff who contribute five or more items are eligible for a drawing for a Tops gift card. The drive continues until November 18.
