Guest Chef Serves a little New Orleans

Kendal announces some exciting  food news. Our “Guest Chef” program launched last night. Executive Chef Patrick Blackman from Coltivare, a restaurant here in Ithaca, prepared a signature meal live in the Windows dining room. The menu included Spring Salad, Shrimp and Grits, and Apples Foster for dessert. The Kendal Dining Liaison Committee was actively involved in suggesting which local chefs would be interesting to have prepare dinner for our residents. Watch for future events featuring local chefs. How nice to have the dining rooms open again.
