Freedom is an intangible benefit, but a real one. As a continuing care retirement community, Kendal at Ithaca offers an array of services and amenities which free you from many of the chores of home maintenance and daily housekeeping giving you added time to enjoy favorite pursuits.

There are a total of 212 independent living units. 167 are cottages built on the 50 acres within our perimeter road, while 45 are apartments attached to the Community Center. They come in 6 sizes, ranging from a studio to a two bedroom with den.
